I used to spend hours making collages when I was in middle school. By the time I was done, my hands would be covered in glue, and magazine scraps would litter my floor. But I had a damn cute binder to start the new school year with.
I still love making collages, but like everything, they've gotten a little more high-tech, using fashion site Polyvore rather than scissors of glue sticks. I was devastated during the creation of my astrological fashion aesthetics to see that Polyvore was shut down after being acquired by Ssense. Luckily, after browsing some alternatives, I finished the last handful of collages on ShopLook, which currently has less options (no home or beauty, unfortunately) than Polyvore but gets the job done. (Word on the street is that ShopLook will be adding new features soon, presumably to fill the vacuum Polyvore has left, a smart business move and good news for distraught Polyvore users.)
